If the Boss Is a Devil…
Those who become leaders take different forms according to each other’s personality. Some bosses know how to get the services according to their employees' ability and build the company by giving those employees the necessary privileges. Provide maximum service to the customers served by it. But leaders with different personalities and unfit for the position may fail to do those. In that case, it may not be useful, no matter how highly the employee works or sacrifices. Therefore, it is natural to get frustrated with the job and the company after a while.
Work and home are two, not one. They will never be two. Problems in the home affect career. Career issues affect the home because it is the same person at home and in the profession.
One day I remember a story told by one of my bosses. He said:
“I feel like smashing the glass on this table. I can’t maintain the house with this salary. My wife won’t even talk to me these days.”
But he can’t beat the table to pieces. Because if that happens, it will result in a disciplinary investigation. So how can he relieve the stress? The only way is to the minds of the employees working under them. Sometimes even the employees can’t imagine what happened to the boss.
